Everything is supplied in this 5 star get away. The house is immaculate with all equipment in great working order. Loads of mod cons including WiFi, blue tooth speaker and smart TV, plus every cooking aid you can think of! The house is so well kitted out that we managed to do plenty of baking with the kids! Log fire in the living room was so cosy on cool nights. The new summer house is fantastic, again kitted out with all you need, TV, WiFi and heater, with outside heater BBQ and secure dog run. Kids loved the vast outside area and the little forest walk. Shared garden areas are great...our youngest enjoyed picking the peas and strawberries! Anne and bill where great hosts. Lovely stay and near all the north coast attractions.

Brilliant holiday home. Stayed for a week with our family and Archie the border collie.! Grounds are incredible. From a mini wood walk they have created, a path down to the river Bann, a private garden with fruit and veg growing, 2 large private fields on site. Bill and Anne couldn't be more friendly. They have built a new wooden summer house on the grounds with wifi which was ours to use. All mod cons included. Every kitchen utensil supplied; all u need is food. Brand new kitchen. Log burner. Central heating. Alarmed. 2 bathrooms,3 bedrooms, clean and private. Bill and Anne were just next door if needed. Full wifi with BT nest set up. Close to all beaches including portrush and castlrock. 2 amazing blue flag beaches and Giants causeway. Game of thrones sites too. everything you could need for a relaxing family time away from everything. Just what we needed. We will definitely be back. Thanks for the great time. Had A Great Holiday, Very Welcoming Host, The Cottage Is Very Spacious, Good Size Bedrooms, Great Kitchen And Living Area, Plenty Of Room For Everyone, The Outside Cabin With Decking And Barbeque Area A Bonus, Great For An Evening Sitting Out With Family And Relaxing. Very central location to all attractions along north coast, just a few miles to beautiful beaches and coastline, dog friendly.

Took My Family Wife Two Children And My Mother For A Short Break. This was a very relaxing time the cottage was a pleasure to stay in and packed with everything you could need. The owners made us very welcome and even had the stove lit for us on arrival we definitely be back again.

Quiet Waters Cottage is an exceptional place to stay, either for a quiet holiday or as a base for exploring the beautiful North Coast and surrounding area. Whatever I write does not do justice to Quiet Waters. Everything that is required are provided. We could not find fault anywhere. Exceptionally clean. Logs and peat provided for log burner, Ample off road parking. Great outside seating area etc. Ann and Bill are very welcoming and so helpful. We will certainly be back later on in year. Can’t wait to see garden in full bloom.

The perfect cottage for a family break within beautiful gardens and excellent location. The location is perfect...close to portrush and portstewart. Close to supermarkets and right on the river. The gardens were beautiful. Beds super comfy. Separate dog run was great. The kids loved the summer house for playing. Cannot fault the cottage at all. Will definitely be back again!
